The island also offers a great return on investment with high rental income comparative to purchase price. The traffic congestion is minimal and getting over to the island by ferry or airplane is simple and fast, and offers little time behind the wheel. Relax and enjoy a coffee and your email while you sail through some of the world’s most beautiful scenery. Or hop on a plane for little more than $100 and be there in 20 minutes !
